This is a great basic electric banjo. the reason for selling is i got a new electric with midi pick-ups for use with more crazy effects and such which is my main reason for playing an electric now days. when you plug this banjo in it sounds like a banjo just with a little more of an electric feel. it plays great. has a really cool look to it. always grabs peoples eyes. and its light. would of liked to have kept it but it was cheaper for me to buy a whole new banjo than to add the new pickups i wanted to this one.
