1920 Bacon FF Professional # 2. (serial #5925) 5 string banjo with 11inch pot and 27inch scale. This is a great playing and sounding banjo and it is perfect for old-time-clawhammer style playing. The pearwood fingerboard has been replaced with ebony and the original fingerboard binding was kept in tact. The new fingerboard has a slight radius and offers a very comfortable playing surface. The tuners have been replaced and a no knot tailpiece has been added. There is a new bone nut and new frets. This banjo is a very nice playing banjo and will make for many years of great music!
