1986 OME Columbine
Part of OME's Custom Series. Features include a walnut neck and resonator, beautifully inlaid ebony fretboard, ebony peghead overlay and heel cap, a no-hole flathead tone ring fitted to a capped and bound 3-ply rim, fully bound peghead, Schaller tuners, and all chrome plated hardware.
It retains all of it's original parts, with the exception of a newer Showcase Ludwig head. No spikes or sliding capo ever installed. Has only the slightest hint of fret wear showing. It's spent most of it's life safely tucked away in the original hard shell case. The only visible flaw that I see is a small finish crack or check at the volute. This is NOT a repaired area. It is in the lacquer finish only.
This is a very versatile instrument, that could easily be converted to an openback if so desired. It's a true beauty to see, play and hear. You will not be disappointed.
