2010, Jason Burns, Claro-Walnut TubaPhone, S/N 17
NEW PRICE Plus Padded Strap Seen in Photos!
Rare Offering Of a Instrument From An Extremely Talented, Young Builder.
With sixteen builds before this one Jason had dialed-in his techniques for the production of banjos with "non-spun over" rims. As a result Banjo #17 is nearly perfect in terms of fit and finish. For example, the back angle of the neck is compensated for in the production of the heel plate allowing the banjo to lie flush on level ground. That there is the sign of a perfectionist at work.
This is a very responsive banjo. Balanced tone and tremendous volume.
