Im selling my 1995 Deering Crossfire Banjo. The banjo plays great and all electronic work as they should. Frets are in great shape with just the slightest bit of wear. It has a new Deering head and new Deering 5/8" bridge. It was set up a year ago by George Youngblood in CT. It has a railroad spike at the 7th fret. The banjo has been played and has some nicks and dings from the previous owner but nothing that effects playability. It has some buckle rash, a few small dings on the neck, one larger ding (through the finish) on the lower bought near the volume nob (see pictures). The volume nob spins slightly off kilter but functionally is fine. This is a great banjo and Im only selling it because I just dont play it and want to put the money towards an acoustic banjo. Im will entertain trades but my heart is presently set on a particular banjo.
Feel free to ask any questions or request more pictures.
Thank you for looking!
