IT IS A RIGHT HANDED BANJO; MY MACBOOK FLIPS THE IMAGE AROUND
I have a 1926 Gibson Style 2 Conversion banjo that has to go. Got another banjo I play 24/7 and this one deserves played. Sounds great across the board. New Purcell bridge that is immaculate, and ads great tone to this banjo(I have the one that came with the banjo when I bought it). Email for more detailed pictures. It really is a good banjo; Great sound, and a good conversation piece. Its not every day you can tell someone your playing an 86 year old banjo. :D
Play wear on the resonator, and little fret wear throughout. Plays easy. I have the head pretty loose for a little duller, tubbier sound. But if your into the really piercing, tight sound, this banjo is great at it. Definitely has that "Old Sound"
I have around $2,900 invested in this banjo, but it has to go, so I have reduced the price by $900(as much as I hate too).
Or the best offer will be considered.
I would be interested in a trade for a Martin HD-28 Sunburst, or another quality guitar. Just email me and let me know what you have.
No returns please.
Thanks so much and God Bless!
