I turned my old Harmony into a long neck. and it turned out pretty good the neck is beautiful. The inlay is done really good, and it's white MOP, gold MOP, & abalony. if you want to try and mess around with a long neck this is a cheap way to do it. it all works neck is straight and accurate. the bridge is supposed to be diamond tipped it's the one that sounded best on it. the tuners are straight (not geared) but they work good. they look better than the dog eared guitar tuners that were on it. (I'll send those)
This is a Frankinjo so i did what i had to to get it to work. Like the plastic snap hook I used as a spacer on the co-rod, and you can see where I changed out the tuners on the back of the peg head. this is a fun banjo but I have to sell all my extra jo's because i'm moving. It's also autographed by Bill Keith, Ned Luberecki, Janet Davis, and Eddie Addcock.
