Pre-war Gibson TB-00 in fantastic original condition. Banjo appears to be all original except for 1 thumb screw. The pictures speak for themselves, considering it's age I am comfortable representing the condition as better than excellent. The flange is flat and all hardware including the 1-piece armrest is excellent with very little pitting. The resonator is nearly flawless and has more figure in the maple than any 00 I've seen (see pictures). Comes with the original case in good condition.
I visited Arthur Hatfield today and took this banjo for him to inspect. If you want an unbiased opinion on this piece I think an e-mail to Athur through his BHO e-mail account will confirm my description. Due to the quality of this banjo I prefer to keep it together as a unit but will part it out if necessary.
