I bought this banjo with high expectations for myself to become a moderate banjo player, it did not happen. I have no more interest. This banjo stays in the case and is not played at all. The gold plating on the arm rest is the only blimish. I bought it new from Saga Music and it was shipped via FedEx from California.
According to the serial number it was made in 2007 and I bought it in March of 2009. (have receipts).
I can forward anyone pictures upon request. $1250.00 is very fair and I will not go lower, to be honest, if I were to price with ranges I would have put $1450.00 on it.
