Allen banjo hand engraved by gunsmith with triple gold plating. This banjo was used to record several songs by Valerie Smith. This accomplished player stated that my banjo had that highly desired pre war sound. This banjo has a wide neck for ease of playing. Walnut back and sides. Fancy inlays on neck. I am discounting this banjo by over 1500-2000 dollars as I have focused on playing mandolin and hate to see it just sit in the case. HSC provided. Neck was repaired at nut . Hard to see.
