Here is an authentic 1937 Gibson TB1 conversion. Rim cut and Huber HR-30 tone ring installed by Huber Banjos. Conversion neck by Ron Coleman using hand cut inlays in the mid 30's RB1 inlay pattern. This banjo is listed on Greg Earnest's prewar website along with the original history of the instrument with the shop record. Pictures shown here are the ones I took about a year or so ago for the Earnest website. I can provide additional pics if requested. Included will be the original case, neck, bridge and head. Original resonator, flange, rim, tension hoop, hooks and nuts, coordinator rod, and tailpiece are on the banjo. Banjo will be in a nice older Richelieu small label case or a nearly new Gator case, whichever you prefer. I purchased prewar tuners and put on the banjo when converted. The original tuners are still on the tenor neck. Selling for only one reason: I've become accustomed to a narrower neck due to small hands/fingers and don't want this great sounding instrument sitting around not being played. The profile on this neck is great and was patterned after the 30's Gibsons. The price listed is what I have in the banjo. Thanks for looking.
