I'm selling my TB-11. It's a killer banjo, uncut rim with a brass tone hoop. I bought it with the intention of cutting it for a flathead ring and ended up not because I loved the tone with just the hoop! It has the original tenor neck on it. It is missing the original armrest, they can be had with some wear to match this banjo for around $175. Banjo's in good condition, the one piece flange is very flat with hardly any pull up, and with a four string prewar upgrade presto tailpiece instead of the windowpane tailpiece. There is one small crack in the veneer on the resonator, I had a piece of tape just to hold it so it would reduce the risk of ripping the veneer further.. It's just cosmetics, not structural, and could be professionally repaired, I never saw a need for it. You can see the crack in the pictures. I played this banjo for about a year with Mike Cleveland and Flamekeeper, with a five string Gold Star neck. I ended up selling the gold star and of course put the neck back on to sell it, now the banjo has its original tenor pearloid neck back on it. I play dobro with Blue Highway now, and don't play much banjo anymore. Check out the pictures. I'd love to keep the banjo, but I'm saving for my wedding and could use the extra money.
