Original H C. Dobson 5 string banjo with case. Banjo has the Donut type tone ring and original tail piece and metal fng bd extention. It has white celluloid friction tuners and 5ths string peg. The neck has some relief but plays out ok. The frets appear to be the orignal frets which are also in good condition.
Rim is 11" and the scale is 15 1/4". Dowel stick is original and is VG. Neck is requiring a wood shim to
bring the action down but eventually would probably need the angle reset.
I am in the process of installing a plastic head, but I also have a new calf skin head which I will include
