Hate to do this, but it's time to "thin the herd". I custom-ordered this long-necked Wildwood Troubadour back in 2002, and never regretted it. This instrument served me well in hundreds of gigs as well as in the studio, as the wear on the Fibreskyn head attests. Wore out the frets over time, too, and took it to a well-respected local luthier who replaced them and levelled the neck. He also advised me not to sweat the cosmetics of the head wear, saying the mylar underneath the Fibreskyn top was perfectly sound and that she'd play all the sweeter. He was right, too...
Tubaphone tone ring, like all of Wildwood's open-backs. I added a MacIntyre piezo pickup, and RR spikes at 10 and 12 (7 and 9 when you're capoed in the usual third-fret position).
Bargain price for a very good instrument that plays equally well when frailed or three-finger picked.
