This is a new Deering Goodtime Banjo. I bought it at about the same time my brother bought another so I'm selling one as it is not necessary for me to own two banjos right now. It's in new condition as I literally only strummed it once; it's a Deering, so it sounds very nice. I just don't want it sitting around not being played and I'm sure there's someone else out there who could play sweet tunes on this fine instrument and get a whole lot of enjoyment out of it for years to come.
