For sale is a nice early 1920's Vega Special No 2. Originally a five string, it's five string neck was replaced in the 1940's with the original inlay and a nice striped maple neck. Original hardware and tone ring. A couple of loose frets high up on the neck, it plays great with no issues or buzzing. Has a moon bridge and an old hardshell case (50s vintage, most likely). $800 plus shipping. I would consider partial trades plus cash (trades not to be more than $400 in value).
Please review my YouTube video of my clawhammer version of George Harrison's Something which showcases the musicality of this banjo.
