This Banjo Retails For $3200. I Must Sell It For Banjo Unrelated Expenses, So I'm Offering It At A Wholesale Price.
A custom build, nearly two years in the making, it's design was inspired by the iconic H.C. Dobson banjos but has flawlessly incorporated modern features including a laminate neck and even a frailing scoop. This is an exceptionally beautiful openback. It is very responsive and possesses a wonderfully balanced tone. Although not intended to be a faithful reproduction it nevertheless "speaks" Dobson. The brass hardware has been allowed to tarnish giving it a mat appearance. If desired, the hardware can be polished to bring back the original luster. I have included pictures which show the brass with both appearances.
