And the next one is:
1959 Gibson RB250, bow-tie archtop. I've had this one sitting next to my place on the couch with a mute on it for the last several months. I bought the completely unmolested pot assemble about a year ago because I had a stray RB250 neck. It matches up pretty well and plays and sound extremely good. The neck is correct for this vintage RB250 with very little fret wear but some dishing of the fingerboard. This banjo has a very fat sound for an archtop. You'd almost think you were hearing a good flathead when you hear this banjo being played. The only negative thing about this banjo is that it comes with a rather flimsy imported HSC. Thanks for looking...Bill
