This is a 2004 Goldtone Delux Dojo 5-string resonator banjo. It is done up in the rare seldom seen blonde edition....very stunning and beautiful! That's why I bought it, along with the great soft angelic sound it produces. The Goldtone label attached to the inside of the body reads: Goldtone Model Dojo/DLX serial number 2305237. In 2004 the deluxe model came with the straightline tailpiece, bone nut and the beautiful decorative herringbone binding. This Dojo is in excellent conditon with no repairs, dings, gouges..... or any of those issues. The TKL padded case is in excellent condition also as the attached pictures show. The fingerboard is like new and the frets are like new also. I take care of my instruments. This is a beauty and I'm told the Blonde edition is no longer available. I practiced many hours with this Dojo when I did not want to make a lot of nose around the house, backyard or front porch. It adds a whole new element and experience to banjo playing. I'm buying a Martin guitar so reluctenly something has to go. You will love this Dojo as I did and everyone will want to play it.
