Here is a 1928 Gibson Tenor TB1 #9188-13 that has been converted to a 5 string. The Rim is all original and has not been cut. NOW $1,299. The following are also original: resonator( refinished many many years ago); flange; brass tone ring; tension hoop;brackets. The following components are Recording King: 5 string neck; coordinator rod; tail piece; armrest; bridge. This banjo has great tone and is loud!!!!! My wife and kids keep telling me to take it outside cause its so loud!! Remember this has no tone ring!
