I have here today a Big Boy Banjo, with a Big Sound.
I started out with a New Gold Tone Long Neck, and mated it to a New Tony Pass, Lost Timbre, 12 Inch Birch Woodie Rim.
Tony builds some of the best rims in the business, and this one is no exception, and has the built in wood tone ring, and really sounds nice.
I added some of the best parts available, Kerschner Tailpiece, 2 Post Engraved Armrest, Old Set of Shaller Pancake Tuners, Geared 5th Sring Tuner, Dual Coordinator Rods I Custom made out of Alunimmun Rod Stock for the 12 inch Pot, Remo Renaissance Banjo Head, and topped it all off with one of my Custom Made 100 Year Old Minstrel Banjo Bridges.
This banjo is lightweight for a banjo of this size, and won't break your back.
If you are looking for a nice long neck banjo, set up, and ready to go, with some of the best parts, this one might be for you.
I was playing the banjo today, and noticed some small spots on the bottom side of the heel. I took a picture of them, the last picture in the group, and just wanted the buyer to be aware of them so there wouldn't be any problems.
I don't have a case for it, but it will be very well packed, and insured for the full amount.
