(Will lower the price 100.00 to 1695.00 if purchased by Feb. 20th)I'll offer this up to see if there is any interest at this time. For sale is a 1961 Gibson RB-100 5-string in nice condition. This one has been upgraded with a "Sullivan" no-hole archtop tonering and has the "good" full-thickness rim. This banjo sounds really good as one would expect from a 52 year old Gibson and at a fraction of the cost of an old Gibson archtop Mastertone. I especially like the feel of the neck on this one. It is a fine banjo for the money and a solid investment. Comes with a hardshell case. I would let this go at this time for 1795.00 plus shipping. I can e-mail a sound clip if it helps. Feel free to call with any questions @ 612-756-4588 It is also for sale locally...P.S. I also have a really nice 1962 RB-100 that has a flathead tonering added that I would sell for 100.00 more if someone would be looking for a flathead instead. It is also a very fine sounding old Gibson.
