This is a 1926 uncut shoe and bracket TB-1 conversion. The neck was made by Arthur Hatfield. You could not ask for a nicer neck. It feels great, has spot on intonation, and perfectly compliments the pot. The neck is a replica of the original coke bottle neck of the original tenor banjo and the RB-1 of the time. The pot, again uncut with the tone hoop, is all original other than the head which is dated 1936 and the armrest which is period authentic. The pot has the normal wear that you'd expect in a nearly 87 year old banjo that has been played and loved. The banjo will come with the original neck and an AMB head that I had on the banjo for a short time. Nice sounding, plenty of volume, lightweight banjo. The serial number matches on the resonator and the rim, though the rim picture I took was too blurry to post. I also had a difficult time getting pictures without my reflection showing. I will try to send better pictures upon request. I do not have a 5-string case for the banjo but will obviously package the banjo well.
