Built by Bob French with Cox parts. Purchased 'used' in 2009 directly from Bob who resides in Cambridge ME. He retired from building banjos several years ago, and this banjo was one of only 6 he had left in his personal collection. Brightwork is in very good condition although there is tarnish on the armrest. Wood finish could use a do-over, but then again that's part of its charm. Some flaking at the peghead, and also in the back of the resonator probably from Bob's belt buckle. Frets have lots of life left. A GREAT solid banjo!
