One of a kind Chas. A. Stromberg 5 string conversion. Original tenor neck and tailpiece included. I had this done by Vinnie Mondello over at 4stringbanjos.com. Vinnie is the expert with Strombergs and he took a lot of care and time making this one up for me. He used an Eastman unfinished 5 string neck from Bernunzio which he fitted and shaped to copy a Stromberg tenor neck (only it's a 5 string neck). Simple dot inlays and a diamond on the headstock. Cuppu-phone tone ring, renaissance head, tension lock finger style tailpiece, big resonator. It plays great up and down the neck. It's loud and powerful. Vinnie did a great job with this one. I've had this for about a year now and I almost never play it. I just bought another tenor banjo from a hangout member and I think this one deserves to be played by one of you 5 string players. I play mostly tenor. You will never find another one of these. This is such a great banjo that I know whoever buys it will love it but if you don't like it you can return it no questions ask, you'll just have to pay for the shipping. More pictures upon request.
