The pot is made of poplar with the front and back of walnut. The front is inset into the pot for more strength and better sound. The back has the tree of life carved into it and serves as the soundhole. The neck is made of an unknown wood (possibly gum) from a 100+ year old house, with walnut layered in the center. It has guitar tuners and a geared 5th string tuner. The fingerboard is walnut and the scale length is 26 3/16. The measurements are: pot 12.5" diameter x 4" thick. The overall length is 39" and it is finished with sprayed lacquer. It has a medium bright sound and the strings are a little over 1/8" high over the 12th fret.
