This package (Goodtime banjo, upgrades, gig-bag, & accessories) had a retail value of $500, approximately, when the items were new. They are still in like new/ excellent condition. This banjo is light (4 lbs), so you can play it for hours per day without getting sore! Also, this banjo sounds much better than the other entry-level banjos that I have owned (Fender FB-58 and FB-59, Gold tone CC-OT). Finally, it was made in America, and the quality workmanship definitely shows. This can be your first and last banjo, it’s that good! Search the Banjo Hangout forums and you’ll see what I mean.
I'm selling all my banjos because I injured a nerve in my left elbow. This injury prevents me from playing any stringed instrument. Otherwise, I would never sell this banjo.

5. Railroad spike 5th string capo, 7th fret (to reach the most common keys)
My Goodtime banjo has the following condition issues:
1. Frets – Light wear under 4th string on frets 2 and 3. No noticeable wear elsewhere.
2. Tension hoop – Light wear on plating where my arm rested before installing the armrest
Shipping
I prefer to ship via UPS ground, insured, with signature required upon delivery. Also, I usually have the staff at the UPS store pack my shipments, because they do a better job than I can. Shipping this way usually costs $30 to $60 dollars, depending on distance.
Returns
If you find that I missed any significant condition issues on my Deering Goodtime banjo, I will gladly refund the purchase price and all shipping charges. Refunds will be deposited to your Paypal account.
