Vintage circa 1930 Régal banjo pot assembly.
Bloc rim with a maple veneer. the rim needed some minor repairs.
All original heavy tension hoop, shoes, bolts, hooks and nuts in good condition. All nickle plated brass hardware.
Some plating wear off on the tension hoop.
1/4 x 1/8 inch unplated brass tone ring.
New Remo Fiberskin 11 inches head
New dowel stick brass hardware from Rickard's.
New no knot plated brass tailpiece.
New maple neck with 1/4 inch scooped rosewood fretboard, rosewood hell cap and center strip. Ebony truss rod cover, Abalone inlays on the neck. Hand made carving on the neck heel and head back.
Neck is 1 1/4 inche at the nut and 1 7/8 inch at the heel. Action is 2,7 mm at the 12th fret. 26 1/4 inches scale. the playability is just great.
New nickle plated brass construction planetary tuners of excelent quality including 5th string tuner. Ivoroid buttons.
5/8 inch maple and Ebony Grover bridge.
Great Old time sound with a lot of tone.
Please look carefully at the pictures before to buy. This banjo is not new and have some wear marks. Non of those will affect the banjo sound or stability.
