For sale a 13" Romero banjo. Walnut block pot with figured walnut neck and hide head. Claro walnut rim cap, heel, and peghead veneers. Truss rod access on peghead. Side dots with a custom black walnut leaf inlay in the scoop. The banjo is currently setup with a Romero custom cast tailpiece nickel plated with steel strings. I also have a Romero custom ring tailpiece and a second nut cut for Savarez yellow-card very high tension nylon strings that will be included. I have played this bano with both set ups and the two tailpieces and nuts make for a very versatile instrument. There is a railroad spike at the seventh fret. I have several sound files on my home page with nylon strings and tuned low. There is some modest fret wear on the first five frets. Price includes a TKL hardshell case and a set of Savarez nylon strings. As you can see this is a stunning banjo.
