Lovely fretless banjo by Brooks Masten. This is another of the banjos i must unfortunately part with due to unexpected expenses. It has an 11" spun pot, lovely curved scoop at the bottom of the neck and a fine looking headstock shape as well. It is 1 and 3/8" at the nut. Currently it has a Fibreskyn head, and it is strung with nylon or nylagut strings, but metal strings could be used. There are side dots. I hope the pictures adequately reflect the lovely color of the finish and the grain, most noticeable on the front and rear of the headstock. Like all Brooks' banjos, it is beautifully made.
