Here is a great pre war Gibson TB-1 conversion with the work already done for you. The rim and resonator have matching numbers. The original metal was not with the other parts when I bought the rim and resonator (bought them here on the bay and the banjo was parted out so I didn't win the metal bids obviously). Anyway what is here is a poppin good ready for jamming in the festival season banjo. The rim was fitted with a Vintage Huber nickel tone ring. The arm rest and tail piece are new. The hooks and nuts are new. the hoop is Gibson 50's with the neck notch filed out to 5 string specs. The flange is also old, very old but probably Stew Mac or Liberty. Great looking parts and you could distress the armrest and tailpiece for a truly distressed look. The rim was perfectly round thus a great fit by Huber himself insures the punch and tone you want. The neck is Huber also outfitted with the latter style one inlays (smaller and more free hand looking) the tuners are Keith with amber tulip buttons like the old Kluson tuners. Spikes at 7, 8, and 9. New Saga case. Please feel free to ask questions. Check my feedback, 100% eBay and here also you can't go wrong. This banjo is pro quality all the way. thanks..
