This banjo was assembled and finished by me at the last Mike Ramsey Banjo Workshop in Appomattox, VA in 2006. Mike made the neck and brought all the parts needed to finish the banjo over a 5 day period. He guided each of us as we made a banjo for ourselves. It features a 12" pot , maple neck , 5 star tuners with grained ivoroid tuner buttons and a TKL hard shell case. It has a Renaissance head and a compensated bridge. Width at the nut is 1 3/8" and the scale is 26" It also has a brass hoop tone ring. Mike engraved the star in the peghead. My hands don't work so good these days so keeping these doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Pics can be seen on my BHO homepage.
