Looking for a fully-sorted, ready-to-pick-right-out-of-the-case, KILLER Bluegrass banjo? My barely-used Huber Kalamazoo (I play mostly openbacks these days) is up-to-date TrueTone equipped (Huber engineered rim and HR-30 tone ring, installed by Steve Huber) and has been upgraded with Gotoh machine heads, a custom KatEyz radiused Spice Factory Floor bridge, a Nechville Comfort Bevel wood armrest AND (ta-da) the upgrade everyone's talking about: the ZeroGlide nut. This replacement nut from Gold Tone incorporates a zero fret into its design, thus giving the player the benefits of a zero fret (perfect and equal action across all four strings at the first fret; improved accuracy of intonation; consistent tone between open and fretted strings and 93% less friction at the nut) without any alteration to the instrument itself (in case you want to go back to a standard nut). I've put these on all of my seven banjos and the difference is amazing. See the closeup photo... comes with original Huber hardshell case.
Anyway, she's a beauty. Current retail price on a new Kalamazoo (stock setup from Huber) is $5030.00. Don't miss out on this fairly-priced, really wonderful banjo.
