This is a factory blem/b-stock Gold Tone CC-50RP. This banjo is in excellent shape except for two minor blems on the inside of the rim. One blem is a small surface crack just above the coordinator rod nut on the bottom end of the rim. The other is a small indentation just below the nut for the bolt for that attaches the neck. The inside and outside of the rim are covered with a thin wood veneer, the rim itself is underneath the veneer and is not affected at all. These blems are purely cosmetic and have no effect on the sound, playability or structure of the banjo. Please see the last two photos showing the blems, highlighted in red.
Other than the blems this banjo is in excellent condition and comes with a full professional set-up by Gold Tone at their facility in Titusville, FL. A gig bag is included as pictured.
