I'm looking to trade for a 1920's-30's Gibson tenor banjo. I'd like to do a 5 string conversion, at some point but would like to secure the pot assembly first. It doesn't have to be in pristine shape but good-nice. What I have for trade is an antique 1884 Springfield trapdoor rifle/carbine conversion. This conversion has everything most carbines have including a saddle bar (which is rare). The only reproduction part I found is the saddle bar ring. I have a bunch of photos that I could send you if your interested. That is if you'd do the same with the TB.
I checked the BHO classified rules and it was silent about being able to trade a firearm in general so I figured I'd try.
This is considered a antique firearm (pre 1894) so by law it can be sold and shipped direct to the buyer with no FFL required. Trust me I researched a ton to make sure. The only thing I ask is to make sure you can own one.
If your interested send me a message and I'll get back to you.
