I bought this banjo from a local fellow,Ive played it about three hours,other than that I dont think its been played.You dont see many of these around.I really dont know what the market is bringing on them now,so Ill start high I think.I can always come down but you Icant go up :].Any info would be helpful.A lot of pics are on my home page.I dont know what ring is in it,which ever it is, it suits this banjo great.It got that big fat sound with just a little more sustain than my 97 Crowe model. I havnt taken it apart I dont think it has ever been apart.Ill leave that up to the new owner if they want to.It really is in great shape. I dont know who was working at Gibson when this banjo was built,but I can say I have owned a BUNCH of high end banjos, and the fit and finish on this banjo is as good as anything out there.I promise.Thanks for lookin,Kevin
