New. Slot head banjo by Noel Booth of Old Fiddle Road Banjo Works. Slotted headstocks were used on some of the earliest manufactured banjos. Although more time intensive to produce, they work exceedingly well, giving good breakover angle at the nut without an overly steep peghead angle. This banjo also has a very cool looking slotted 5th string tuner. Get the vintage vibe of the slotted headstock banjos from the 1860s combined with modern easy playability.
