This is an awesome banjo made by Wayne Sagmoen. The sound this banjo produces is spectacular. Very clear and nice volume, not too bright and not too thumpy. the wood is cherry. it has a nice block rim with a Dobson style tone ring. I think this is the second one Wayne made with this style tone ring. The rim is 12" . i have owned this banjo for about 5 years, but it's not my only banjo so it's in very good condition. I am more comfortable with an 11" rim, that's why i'm selling.
I would also trade for a Bart Reiter or similar banjo with an 11" rim.
